1What is MakRew?

MakRew offers live online classes with verified teachers. You can learn fitness, music, languages and many more skills. Classes are 1:1, or in small groups for some skills.

2What is the first 1:1 session?

One 60-minute live 1:1 class at a special price, with a teacher you choose, at a time that suits you. You can have one first session in each skill, and your first plan in that skill is charged one session less.

3Can I reschedule or cancel a class?

Yes, free of charge, up to 12 hours before the class from Scheduling on your dashboard; a cancelled class goes back to your plan. Inside 12 hours, each plan has emergency changes: 1 for every 12 sessions.

4Can I change my teacher?

Yes, free of charge, once your first class has taken place. All remaining classes booked with your current teacher go back to your plan.

5Can I cancel my plan or get a refund?

Cancel your plan any time before its last day: the unused balance is refunded. Bonus sessions and coupon value aren't refunded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6Are classes recorded?

Yes. Each class is recorded, and you can watch or download the recording in Session Recordings on your dashboard for 30 days.
