What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember you and how you use the site. Similar tools (pixels, local storage, session storage) are covered by this policy too.

Where we ask first
- India, the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Singapore and all other countries not listed below: analytics and session replay stay off until you choose Accept all or switch them on in Customize.
- United States and Australia: analytics runs with this notice and you can turn it off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out. Session replay still needs your consent.
- We work out your country from your IP address (checked once with ipapi.co) or, if that isn't available, from your device's time zone. If we can't tell, we use the stricter rule and ask first.
What we never do
- We never run analytics or session replay inside learner, teacher or admin accounts, including children's learning profiles.
- We never send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type to analytics tools.
- We never use these tools for advertising. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
Managing cookies
- Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or customise optional tools. If you withdraw consent, we stop the tools and delete their cookies on makrew.live.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop sign-in or booking from working.
- We ask you again after 13 months, or sooner if this policy changes.
Where data goes
Google and Microsoft may process analytics data in the United States and other countries under their data processing terms. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how to contact us.
